As the National Sales Manager, Brendan is responsible for overseeing Head High Wines' sales strategies and operations across the country. Brittany Richards is a dedicated winemaker who has worked at prestigious wineries in California, including Chappellet, Jordan, Peter Michael, and Coho. With a minimalist approach to winemaking, she allows the fruit's purity to shine, and her favorite moments are found in the serene mornings of Sonoma Coast's foggy vineyards, where she roams with her three boys.

A Bay Area native, Stephanie set her roots down in Sonoma in 2010. With a knack for graphic and web design, she has an established history of working in various industries specializing in advertising, brand standards, collateral, and digital marketing. Joining the world of wine in 2016, her passion grew not just for the industry but for quality wines grown in Sonoma County. Her love for the ocean, sustainability, and down-to-earth nature help bring the Head High story to life and foster connections with the brand.
